ShopWired is now connected with ShipStation

ShipStation is an order management and dispatch tool that connects to 8 UK couriers, UPS, Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, Parcelforce, DPD, Hermes & Seko and 3 fulfilment centres Fulfilled by Amazon, Amazon Fulfillment & Shipwire. You can use the new ShopWired app to automatically connect to, and sync orders with, ShipStation. To get started, install the ShipStation app and read the help guide.

Accept payment from your customers in Bitcoin using CoinCorner

ShopWired has integrated with the CoinCorner payment gateway, allowing you to process payments from your customers in Bitcoin. To open a CoinCorner account click here, once open you can connect your account to your ShopWired website through the payment gateway section.

COVID-19 - ShopWired Support

To assist in protecting the safety of the ShopWired support team and in stopping the spread of the Corona Virus outbreak, ShopWired will operate a mandatory work from home policy beginning on Monday 16th March. 

From Monday 16th March, telephone support will be temporarily unavailable. 

Support by live chat and email will continue to operate as normal. Telephone support agents will be diverted to providing support by live chat so additional support will be available through this channel and response times will be improved.

We are working on a solution to provide telephone support. 

This policy will operate until further notice.

New ShopWired Help Guides

We've launched our new help guide centre at https://help.shopwired.co.uk. There are new sections on the help guides and an improved search system. We'll be expanding the range of help guide articles over the coming weeks and months but if you have any suggestions please let us know.

Automatic Stock Sync App

If stock levels for your products are available on a file on a server or at a URL you can use the stock sync app to sync stock levels from the file with your ShopWired store automatically.

Importing Products/Categories With Image Files On Your Computer

If you want to create categories or products using the import system (i.e. uploading via CSV) and the image(s) for those categories/products are on your computer you can now upload up to 1GB of image files at a time.

New System Feedback

We've received a range of feedback from users about the new system. As with any large redevelopment, there have been a few hiccups here and there. 

We will be releasing an update early next week which will address some of these. This update will include an amendment to how variations are managed (to better mimic the old tabular format), a change to the way order PDFs are viewed (to go back to the original system) and an improvement to order filtering.
