The ShopWired support team will be available up to 23rd December with our normal opening hours.
On Christmas Eve (24th December), we'll be available up to 1pm.
The offices will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day (25th and 26th December) but will be open as normal on the 27th and 30th December.
On New Years Eve (31st December), we'll be available up to 1pm.
The offices will be closed on New Years Day (1st January 2019) but will reopen as normal on 2nd January and every day thereafter.
For the period 24th December to 4th January, lead times for coding work might be slightly longer than normal and it might take us slightly longer to reply to support enquiries by email.
The ShopWired platform is monitored around the clock for any problems or issues to ensure reliability and continuous uptime. This continues whilst our support teams are closed.
