ShopWired has now finished the development of our Zapier app.
Zapier is an online platform that helps connect two other web applications together automatically, where a direct connection between those applications doesn't already exist.
For example, if you use Infusionsoft to manage your customers you could import a new customer record automatically to Infusionsoft when a visitor creates an account or places an order on your website.
Another example would be if you use an accountancy system, like Freshbooks or Zoho Books, that ShopWired doesn't currently integrate with. If the accountancy system is integrated with Zapier you can use it to connect the two systems together.
You could also use Zapier's SMS app so that you are sent a text message when you receive a new order.
At the moment the Zapier app sends details of orders and customers across to Zapier for you to then connect with other apps, we will be looking to extend functionality in the coming months following user feedback.
Zapier has two levels of plans, a free plan to build connections between apps, and a premium plan which allows you to create connections between multiple apps. Some apps on Zapier are only available to premium members.
The app is still in private invite only mode, but you can request access by clicking here.
To setup the Zapier app, once you have access you simply need to enter your ShopWired account API credentials, you can find out how to get these here, into the Zapier ShopWired app and you'll be ready to start building connections.
